“ Visiting the area from VA and I've been waiting to try the fat Amy for about two years! The food was good , The service was excellent and the ambiance was chill. Honestly I would have preferred grilled or shredded chicken instead of the chicken tenders and the fries were a little too greasy. But I enjoyed it a lot! I honestly love anything that is in taco form. We will definitely be back to try some other things. My wife also loved the steak daddy burrito. Definitely give it a try! ”
“ Just stopped in while waiting for a train and ordered their basic quesadilla with guac and it was so good. Also huge, definitely for 2. I'm sorry I didn't get a taco! Looks like I'll have to go back. Darrell at the front counter is a doll. SO has good food! ”
“ Got takeout for a football Sunday. Order was ready on time and we enjoyed the tacos and empanadas. ”
“ Amazing food, friendly workers, food is surprisingly quick and delicious, always have some music playing, and a nice atmosphere, altogether this is an excellent food place. ”
“ Fantastic selection of wing sauce options as well as great choices for their burritos and bowls. Pick up is quick and easy ”
“ We came here for the four pound taco and weren't disappointed. It's somehow smaller than I expected, until I saw my partner start eating it. Unsurprisingly, it falls apart pretty quickly so the key is to remove the taco holder and spread the chips out underneath so that you basically create nachos for once the taco shell has fallen apart/been eaten completely. He got the big Amy and said that all parts of it were great. All the ingredients seem like they must have been made to order because the place was nearly empty while we were there and it took a while to get the taco (it's a good thing that it's made to order and not just sitting around!). The guac was good too - not amazing. The medium salsa was not great at all. The employees were super friendly. ”
“ We love visiting Tito's! The food is always delicious and they always take the best care of us! Everything from the fresh made tortilla chips (which go great with their variety of salsas or loaded nachos) to their namesake burritos and wings (perfect texture and really enjoyed the Nashville hot sauce) to their massive quesadillas (the Miguelito has literally everything but the kitchen sink) was truly delicious and left us wanting to taste more and more... Also, the Fat Amy Taco is as good as it looks (and then some)! They also make some incredible desserts! We got to try the cookie dough empanadas and their brand new fried brownie bites with marshmallow dipping sauce aka "lollipop s'mores" (little bites of heaven). Check out Tito's in South Orange, Summit, or Ridgewood, NJ! They all have a unique vibe, perfect for enjoying their crave-worthy cuisine! ”
“ I always liked Tito's and couldn't wait to give this location a try. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and went to the counter. I was helped by Darrell, and he was nice. I ordered the high five shrimp bowl, gnarly wings, and Tito Chickito Chicken Tacos. I also got the vegan coffee drink. The food came out in about 10 minutes. The food looked good. My favorite was the wings. The bowl was good, and the rice was just a tad hard. I did like the coffee drink. All in all, I had a good experience. ”
“ Hot, fresh and delicious. That's the BLUF (bottom line up front). Obviously, the sooner you eat the food, the better it tastes, which is why I always pick up our order if we're not eating in the restaurant. The Bird Is the Word chicken burrito reminds me of my Mexican food experiences when I lived on the West Coast, although they put their own twist on their offerings. The shrimp burrito is also fantastic, as is the guac and chips. Our kids are big fans of the tortilla chips, which are flavorful and not overly greasy. (Yes, those are grease stains on the paper bag in which they're packaged, which account for their great taste!) The servers do their best, and I always tip cash when I stop in. I don't often recognize employees when I visit, but most everyone makes an effort, which I always appreciate. The ambiance is laid-back and comfortable, which perfectly complements the food options. I'll have to try the wings one of these days, preferably with a companion who'll take the plunge! ”
“ Imagine a family of four eating off one taco! That is what we experienced with the fat bastard. The tortilla is giving the texture of a Taco Bell Mexican pizza. But it is no Taco Bell. It is amazingly delicious. So big you have to use a knife and fork to cut a piece. I'm only removing a star for the nachos. The flavor is good but the chips were definitely not enough to withhold all the toppings. Maybe because we ordered it to go, definitely try them fresh. ”
